Although the project faced unforeseen challenges and could not break ground, ProAce remained steadfast in its mission. Investing significant time and resources, the company conducted an in-depth analysis of the key requirements for establishing a semiconductor manufacturing unit in India—ranging from skill development and workforce training to securing international financial collaborations. ProAce also navigated complex government regulations at both central and state levels to ensure a seamless setup and operation of the manufacturing unit. With an established partnership with North American financial giants, ProAce is now in the final stages of forming a tri-joint venture with a globally recognized semiconductor technology group, ranked among the top 20 in the world. Through its relentless efforts, ProAce is set to revolutionize India’s semiconductor industry and drive technological advancement in the country.
